That was one of my big concerns-what to do with all my gear unattended. In Ottawa I camped outside of town. I rode in with one pannier and my handle bar bag. Both were checked in when I arrived at the museums, they were all very accommodating. Ottawa is very bike friendly and getting around was easy-I made sure my bike was always locked and the valuables were with me.
Hey Brother! Finally caught up on your blog! What a journey! I get the privilege of talking with you everyday and am so impressed at your attitude and perseverance when the going gets rough.. mostly it’s your way of turning lemons into lemonade and the “no need to sweat the little stuff”... the “ it’s going to be what it’s going to be” and “ rain nor wind is going to kill me” ... heard you say those and more.. you’ve been so positive, accepting, full of gratitude, funny, and easy going through out this entire journey! You brought it to this journey and it’s paying you back ten fold with one fab bike ride! Love you lots!

What do you do with your bike and all your earthly belongings when you go into these museums?
Hi Richard
